Complete as many reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

Double-unders

While one athlete is completing jumps, the other athlete must complete 5 reps of bear complex. Once the 5 reps are complete, the athletes switch stations, and the jump count is resumed by the partner. This pattern continues until the 12 minutes have been exhausted.

Rx weights for bear complex: RBV=65#; RBJV & RGV=45#; LB & RGJV=35#; LG=25#

WL Group: Overhead Squat: 10-10-10

Post total combined reps of jump rope, loads used for bear complex, and loads for overhead squat to WOD Log.
