Use a 5-5-5-5-5 rep scheme

Complete as much of the following pattern as possible in 20 minutes:
Squat clean, 1 rep
1 Bar muscle-up
Squat clean, 2 reps
2 Bar muscle-ups
Squat clean, 3 reps
3 Bar muscle-ups
Squat clean, 4 reps
4 Bar muscle-ups, etc.
For Rx, use 70-75% of 1RM for the squat cleans
Post your rounds and load used to the Whiteboard.
