In teams of 3, complete as many reps as possible in 20 minutes of:

Partner synchronized reps of push-ups and sit-ups

While one set of partners are completing reps of the synchronized push-ups and sit-ups, the third member must pull a weighted sled 150 ft. Upon the sled puller’s return, the partner who was pulling the sled begins completing push-ups while the partner who was previously performing push-ups begins performing synchronized reps of sit-ups. The partner who was previously performing sit-ups must then pull the sled.

The team with the highest amount of cumulative synchronized reps wins
