Workout of the Day
5 rounds for max load of:

3 squat cleans, starting from below the knee
2 front squats
1 jerk

Do not let go of the bar during the entire round. Aim for a finishing load of approximately 80% of max clean or 80% of max jerk–whichever is lower. For the jerk, push (power) or split may be used.
