On a clock set for 3:00 intervals, complete 5 rounds of:
20 reps single-arm ring rows, 5 reps each arm alternating
As many reps as possible of thrusters until the 2:00 mark, then
1:00 max reps burpees
Rest exactly 1 minute between rounds.
Rx=95/65 lbs.
SL4=75/55 lbs.
SL3=55/35 lbs.
SL2=35/25 lbs.
SL1=25/15 lbs.
