Weekend Team WOD!

Row as many meters as possible and pull a weighted sled for as many 200m laps as possible in 25 minutes.

In a 3-person team, one athlete will row while the other two pull a weighted sled around a 200m course. At the end of each sled pull lap, one of the sled pullers switches to rowing and the previously rowing athlete joins the sled pulling partner. Every partner will pull two laps before getting back on the rower in this manner. All rowing stops at the end of the 25 minutes and distances are compared, but sled pullers may complete the lap they are on when the buzzer sounds.

45# plate goes on the sled for each adult male puller
35# plate for adult women and teens
