42-30-18 reps for time of:
Partner deadlift, 135/95
Partner thruster, 135/95
Between the 42 rep round and the 30 rep round, both partners must run 400m. Between the 30 rep round and the 18 rep round, both partners must run 200m, and after the 18 rep round, both partners must complete a 100m sprint starting and ending at their barbell.
