Congratulations to CrossFit ProvPrep’s first representative to the worldwide CrossFit Games Open competition. WOD 16.1 was a tough one, but he pulled through the whole thing with NO MODIFICATIONS FROM RX (see the upper right hand corner of the screen shot)!! Way to go, John!
