Deadlift (Men’s Rx = 225 lbs / Women’s Rx = 155 lbs)
Handstand push-ups

Compare to 151013…sort of.

If in doubt on scaling the weight for the deadlift, use about 65% of your deadlift 3RM.

If adding Rx HSPUs for the first time, try implementing them for the 9-rep round only this time.
