4 rounds for as many reps as possible of:

1 minute pull-ups
1 minute medicine ball squat clean and thruster throws
1 minute forward plank hold (count only the seconds during which plank was maintained as “reps”)
1 minute wall walks (4 step minimum on ascent AND descent)

Rest 1 minute between rounds
